How to initiate divorce proceedings and do second marriage

I m Muslim 28yrs. wife age 20 yrs. Salaried earing 15k.only mother. from 6 months she is staying with her parents. Took mostly all clothes. I don't want to stay with her now. I don't want to divorce her due to my financial position is not good.i can't pay any Amt to her.pls let me know as per Indian n Muslim law.i want to do 2nd marriage bcz my mom health condition is not good she need someone to take care I also want partner.pls suggest want to do.i send her notice with I particular tym if she doesn't reply it will be treated as divorce from wife end I can move in life.she can take her article or will be scrap is it fine.

You can give 3 talak to your wife within three menstrual period that is a correct way to divorce also you can give her talak Nama to that effect . Also that being a Muslim you can get married again if your wife is not fulfilling her marital obligations
