How to initiate divorce on grounds of adultery

My wife have sexual relation with 2 boyfriends before marriage & currently she including sexual relation with other person after marriage . I have 2 years girls. Can i get divorce for wife's adultary. In this case I need to pay maintenance charges & alimony at the time divorce.

Dear client first collect proof of her adultery like her call details her sms details. Then file case of adultery against her and her boyfriend. Once yr case proved u will get divorce easily and need not to pay any maintenance. For any legal help call me

Hi

In this case you can proceed to family court for divorce on the stuff ground

You can also avail ground of cruelty

You have to file criminal case against the person

Maintenance can be denied to her on the ground of adultery

Sir,
If you have proof that she has continuously been involved in an adulterous relationship then you can file Divorce on the same grounds or grounds of cruelty.Alimony and maintenance will be decided taking into lot of factors like custody of child with whom,your income ,is she working . Advisable you meet an advocate for detailed discussion.

Thanks for query u can file divorce on the basis of adultery even with that u can file criminal complaint on her boyfriend who have physical relation with your wife. If u wish to file case u can give call or we can meet and discuss the same
