How to give divorce and claim streedhan from my husband

1)muje shadi nahi rakne hain. mein divorce dunge. husband ne muje legal notice diya hain apne saman le jao warna donate kar denge aur agar hume reply nahi kiya usne donate kar diya. abhi mein kuch case kar sakte hu kya.kya karu. 2) jo mera saman hain shadi ke time par kuch writing mein nahi tha. kya muje uska proof dena honga.agar mein ek peace of paper par saman list send karu aur woh kahi yeh saman nahi diya tha to mein kya kar sakte hu. 3)agar mein husand to divorce du ya mutual consent se divorce ho qazi ke pass se to kya mein legal case kar sakte hu. 4) aisa ho sakta hain ki pehle mein saman lu aur fir husaband ko divorce du aisa kuch law hain kya.
