How to get second marriage done

Hi My name is , I am married and have 3 year girl kid. but I am madly in love with a person in office, she is separated from her husband ( not yet divorced), I want to divorce my wife and marry the person who is in love with me in office, plz help me with the best way to proceed the divoce. my current wife is not willing to give, we are having fight every day.
Brother be happy with what u have. Anyhow I suggest you to maintain both has wife since Hindu Law doesn't provide it but if ur wife permit you can have both so get adjusted to your wife love her very much and convincing her is best option or give permanent alimony to her and for child get divorce.

Sir, how long have u been married , if it more than 7 years u can file a divorce case in family court, ur wife not willing to give divorce , she can file many cases against u, it not easy to give divorce if ur wife not agreeing , the best way is by mutual consent, take precautions before any action from your side.
