How to get Power of attorney after getting mutual divorce

After filing mutual consent my wife left abroad.we have an agreement of 650000 amount for divorce.3 lakhs I paid already and now as she is not available and gave power of attorney to her father.We are ready to pay remaining 350000 but they are not forwarding the power of attorney papers and asking for the amount before forwarding papers.our fear is that if I give amount they will take U turn by taking money.How should I proceed now.Judge is saying that you compromise out side and come to me.I am not able to decide what to do now. Please give suggestions what to do next.

kindly clarify few things here: is the remaining amount to be paid in the court or outside? if in court then you dont need to ask for the Power of Attorney as the court will ask for it.

If its outside court then you can take the receiving of the person and also click pictures which can be used as evidence.

you can also file an application in the court for the same.
