How to get my rented house vacated by wife?

25-Feb-2023 (In Divorce Law)
i along with my wife including one child was living separately in rented house since 5 years. she has put me condition to get money from parents for getting our owned home which i have not agreed due to her violent behaviour since marriage period & now she has thrown me out of rented house with fear that if I do not go from this house then she will commit suicide so I am now living with my parents in my parent house & she is living in her Mom house. she has also demanded maintainance by showing false reasons for separate living in her Mom house. Now How can i vacate rented house with my furniure for which I am paying rent with no one living . Are any legal formalities to comply.

conditions applied by your wife are seems to be very cruel,as she is leaving in her moms house willfully hence no right to ask about maintenance, stop
paying rent even ask the owner of the house about repossession of the house. don't worry about her threats, for legal formalities ask about congugal
rights issuing advocate's notice.

It will be proper if you take paid consultancy to compensate the lawyer's stock-in-trade required to advise you. The fact you had mentioned it is not practically possible to give legal solution to ur problem.

Hi

You have to initiate proceedings of divorce by which you can substantiate the facts stated in your query.
You may also serve the notice to the landlord under clauses of agreement.
