How to get mutual divorce within 5 months of marriage

Total duration of my marriage is 5 months. Me and my wife are ready to get divorce by mutual consent. Please let me know the process and how soon i can get it.
no diviorce petition can be filed with in one year of marriage, you should wait for compleation of one year and then you can go for petiton under Section 13 B for mutal consent divorcxe and court after waiting period of six months shall grant divorce

if you want to gent mutual divorce one of the condition to maintain the petition is that from the date of marriage at least one year if you file the same will become premature and not maintainable so you have to wait
