My husband has mentally tourtured me for 7 years and now i am at my parents house since last 4 months he has kept all papers and jwellery and not allowing child to take tc from school nor giving his consent to make child study in another school.What to do?

You can file for divorce under cruelty as well as an application for custody of your child and also take criminal action against him under section 498a as well as if he hit you then you can also take the plead of attempt to murder after substantiating delay in filing the complaint
