How to get divorce on the grounds of cruelty,husband not agreeing

My husband is not giving divorce. Case based on Cruelty but lower court didn't give divorce because my advocate didn't prove it.from seven years I'm living alone. Does I will get divorce from Jaipur highcourt.I don't want money n all.
आपको उक्तप निर्णय व डिकरी के खिलाफ अपील करनी चाहिए तथा क्रूरता के आधार पर यदि आपने याचिका दायर की है तो उसके लिए आपने क्यार प्रमाण प्रस्तुित किए थे उनको सही प्रकार से व्येवस्थित कर अपील में प्रस्तुकत करें, आपके पति से अन्यन विवाह किया है तो आप वह प्रमाण भी साथ लगावें, पति पर भरण पोषण आदि का प्रकरण दायर करें तो वह राजीनामा कर सकता है दवाब बनाएं, बच्चेै हैं तो उनकी गार्जियनशिप के लिए आवेदन करें

since it has been seven years, that is a considerable long time and the limitation for filing the appeal also has gone. but circumstances play a very important role in such cases. Yes ..i think u should be able to take divorce with the ground of cruilty from ur husband.if ur husband deny then i think u should file a case under section 406,498A IPC and Domestic violence and Mentinence then underpreser ur husband also will agree for divource.
