1.irretrievable breakdown of marriage law Pros & cons for men ( in null marriage) 2. On first night my wife threatened me to file RAPE CASE so (no physical relation happened till now & she live with her parents ) 3. She left home first within 10 days 4. 2 years of marriage date in March 2017 5. They asked me to divorce on MY IMPOTENCY GROUND ( i said no) 6.my father in law threatened me & i get many death threats on unknwon phone cal then I wrote letter to SP but no reply till now useless. 7. Wife & father in law asking me 1 crore cash 8. Wife Says their marriage expense is 1 crore asking me to pay ( no demands from me & my family ) 9. All gold from belongs to her is with her only 10.irretrievable breakdown of marriage law can be harmful to my case (. Null marriage ) ?? irretrievable marriage a situation where either or both spouses no longer are able or willing to live with each other in your case your wife taken initial step she has done allegations ,you have already wrote letter to sp is good defense for you generally wife's relatives file case under section 498 ,which is headaches for you.now which is safer for you,as to give donation or take donation or expenditure is illegal by law hence u will get escape from it,3 years is generally separation period accepted reason for divorce,

Null marriage can be filed within one year of marriage. After that you have to file for divorce. Do not agree on impotency bases. If u r getting threat calls and they are asking for money please record it and lodge a complain in the nearby police station.
