You will need to file for a divorce which you can only do after one year of completing your marriage. If no ceremonies were done according to the rites and rituals of your religion then your marriage may not even be valid, however since it has been registered it would be best to file for divorce. If he agrees to do so then you may file a divorce by mutual consent which will only takes 6 months. If he does not agree to do so then you may file for divorce on various grounds.
