How to get divorce from husband?

I got married to my husband in 2015 under Hindu religion. We were staying @ my mother in laws house. 1 day was remaining to complete 1year. & they told me that we dont want u to stay with us due to silly rsn e.g. my sister in law saying that m talkin with my frnds on whatsapp/facebook in a dear or hi hello way. They didnt even talked to me on same topic earlier. directly told me to left the house. mother in law says she is the owner of that house. I dont have any rights to stay there. My husband is sufferin frm schizophrenia, he want divorce. Bt I want to stay with him. what is the option.
Dear client if I want to stay their then u have to file domestic violence case and have to ask residential order. Once court grant residential order u can stay their. Otherwise file case for restitution of conjugal right and ask husband to take u back. For any legal help call me

Try to give mediation technique to husband to guide him.
Do take counselling for curing husbands disease. Told your husband to live with him as you will give him support.
Try to satisfy him by every possible way as you can. As his wife you have equal right over his property.
Still they don't stop harassing you then need to give them legal notice through lawyer.
