How to get Divorce after getting married

Dear sir, I just married last week, after marriage my wife launch some Fack complain against my family. Now I am planing for divorce, please guide me how could I apply for that & as soonest how much time it will take to get out of it‼️
If the FIR has been registered by your wife then you will have to file a petition to quash FIR under section 482 of CrPC, in the respective High Court of your state. Now, regarding the divorce you will have to wait for at-least one year to file a petition for divorce in the jurisdictional family court.
