How to get copy of the judgment,case decided in 2015

Hi Sir My wife filed a divorce case in the year 2013. The judgement was passed in November, 2015. However, my ex-wife has not shared with the copy of the judgement. Due to mental pain and pressure, those time period passed through me painfully and henceforth I didnot collect those documents. Now, I would like to get that copy of the judgement or atleast the case number and she denies to give it to me. Please help/advice/guide me please.

It can be obtained as an official copy through respective court. Contact your counsel or respective court staff. You need not rely on your wife's support to get those copies. Normally it will be given in open court on judgment day.

You can personally visit the court premises and by referring the suit register you could find the case number. You could file an application for certified copy of the judgement and get a copy of the same from the concerned court.
