How to get child custody after mutual consent divorce?

My wife and me got married first by muslim law. as she is a hindu we also got a special marriage act later. Our divorce was under mutual consent. I gave her custody of my daughter but now she wants to leave the country for good with my daughter who is 10..... what can i do as i want my daughter not to leave the country for good.
Dear client prima facia due to lack of the following information
difficult to give proper advice 1) whether you are in touch with your
daughter 2)after divorce what is both of your statuses whether
you have done second marriage if done whether that wife will
permit you to keep the child with you.
Presently court will consider the child's suitability and comfortability, you have to prove disadvantages on the grounds of education, company, of child etc.please contact for details

You will have to move Civil Application before the appropriate Court praying for custody of the child and how it would e good for her welfare and also the fact that you are financially well placed so as to take better care of the child
