How to get alimony in mutual divorce

Respected sir, I last 4 monts before i got married. but now he and my in-laws mentally harass me. And now he said that he want divorce as he and his fmaily dont want me to accepet again. his elder brother & his parents interfere in our personal things.& abuse me. his earning is very well but due to his family interfairance he not behave with me well& good.now he send me to my matrimonial home as i dont want to live with his in laws as they all are mentally torturing me. He said that he want only divorce and he dont want to live outside his family with me.. He want divorce me with mutual concent. I want to know that if i agree with him to file divorce mutual concent. Can i demand any alimony?

Yes you can ask for maintenance or alumni from your husband in case of mutual divorce also. You will also have right to take all your stridhan reseived at the time of marriage.

Yes you can always demand alimony even with mutual consent. But you cannot file mutual consent before 1 year from date of separation. You have to live separately for minimum one year before filing for mutual divorce.
