How to get a divorce on grounds of DV and domestic violence

I was married in 1991 and had a child in 1992. Victim of constant physical and mental torture and after the death of child started staying with my mother in Barrackpore. Recently understand my husband married again and had two children without getting a divorce and he never bothered to enquire about me and give any financial assistance.I want go get a divorce

Its very strange that instead of asking for maintenance and other ancillary relief you are asking for divorce , and also it is strange that you came to recently about you husband;s activities after elapse of 27 years .. it seems you have some missing link in your story.

if your statements are ture you can easily get a decree of divorce. But, you have to file a suit. Alternatively , you may contact your husband for a mutual divorce. You didn't mentioned whether any maintenance suit or any other criminal case is pending between you or not? More detail is needed.
