Disposal of the case in your husband's favour will mean the Court will order you to live with your husband.

Disposal of the case in your favour will mean the Court will consider your grounds for living separately as justified and will dismiss the case.

But, if you don't attend the hearings then the case will be decided ex-parte against you, and the judgment will be in your husband's. Although even law cannot force you physically to live with your husband, but according to "Order 21 - Rule 32" of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 your property might be attached for not following the judgment.

For early disposal of the case, the Court cannot skip any due hearings. So, I advise you to attend hearings and fight the case, so you may get disposal of the case in your favour.

IN CASE YOU ARE INTERESTED IN EARLY DISPOSAL OF THE CASE YOU MAY APPROACH BEFORE THE HON'BLE HIGH COURT OF MADHYA PRADESH PRINCIPAL SEAT AT JABALPUR FOR TIME BOUND (SAY 6 MONTHS) ORDER FOR TRIAL COURT. ALTERNATIVELY YOU MAY ASK FOR THE TO AND FRO EXPENSES WITH THE TRAIL COURT, WHENEVER YOU APPEAR IN A HEARING.

First of all you need to get the case transferred from seoni to Nagpur by filing the transfere petition then once the case gets transferred then to contest the case on merits in Nagpur on the strong ground of three years non communication gap
