How to file for divorce on the grounds of non maintenance of family

I'm a christian I married a hindu .. I'v been married for 8 long years now and I have two daughters .. My husband's behaviour towards me is not good he tries dominating me .. He has raised his hands aswel in da past n tries it now aswel .. He drinks daily and he does not like working now .. He keeps enjoying out and wen I call and ask him he says its none of your buisnes .. Once I came back from work he in anger was telling me apne bcho ko sath leke jao yha koi naukar nhi hai .. He even says our marriage is not registered .. You can leave .. Now I have taken dis step n left him with my daughters .. I wanted to know how can I divorce him and leave him?

Before that you need to clarify certain facts that your marriage was love or arranged. Any witness to that marriage and what does your husband do. You can take divorce as per law but has to give reasons

There is possible just file a divorce under special marriage act and leave him forever or u can claim maintainable under 125crpc for your child and your self and file Dv along with this case for protection and

You can seek divorce on the basis of cruelty by your husband under section 13 of hindu marriage act. You can also file a petition under section 12 of protection of women from domestic violence act and further can claim maintenance etc. from your husband for yourself and your childern.
