How to file for divorce in case of Domestic Violence

I got married in 2014 luv marraige after 1yr my parents accept it. I hv 1daughter also of 2yrs old. I m not able 2 cmplt my study so I was in Philippines nw for completing my study. My husband mentally torchered me a lot he always tortured me. We hv case before marraige of nabalik case.Nw i was 21 how cn i cure this. He has any mental problem.he always doubts me he always scold me always said murder or kill himself. He always blackmailing me. I suffer from my marraige i need a final suggestion nd want my daughter too. He is criminal mind. Plz help me he also jobless i want to do study for my future nt he always disturbing me what can i do for my future he is abnormal plzz my parents also tensed bcz of him me too i cnt do my study well.He text or call to my college students & want information abt me. I feel very guilty here. He post on fb about me that i have relationship wid other guy. He always make me shameful on others eyes. He dnt respect me. He also use 3rd language
