How to file for divorce if wife filed criminal cases against my family

24-Oct-2023 (In Divorce Law)
me and my wife separated from last 4 months by the order of women commission. but during these 4 months instead of improving the relations she filed a case against my father under 354 ,354b and 354c, but due to lack of evidences my father got anticipatory bail as all her allegations are false as police found out,and also there are so many incidences where she harrased my parents and grand parents also. we married on 29/06/2014 and stayed in my parents home till april 2015. As this is cruelty by lady against me and my family can i file for divorce?? women commission has also written in their closing sentence that couple cant live together and it is better if they get divorced, because everywhere she is giving false statements without any evidences. The lady also says that she had filed case against my father and not on me, so she wants to stay with me, but how can this be possible because she is harassing my family, also my marriage was without dowry only single rupee was taken, plz he
