25-Jul-2023 (In Divorce Law)
He don't respect my parents. He wants me not to give opinion on any subject. He himself is very lazy at doing things involving outdoor household things and when a female does those work he scolds. He want my family members to come to pic and drop me every time I come from home. And when I ask him to pic me as I am working and posted in another city he didn't want to do that. He is full of lust.what should I do?

It is entirely your decision as to what you want to do. If you want to carry on the relationship you will have to find a solution, by seeking help from elders in the family, friends and relatives. Otherwise you have plenty of legal remedies in case you do not wish to continue the relationship.

All the apathy that you are being subjected to at the hands of your husband amount to mental cruelty. Cruelty is a ground for seeking divorce, Therefore, you should approach the Family Court by way of filing a divorce petition under section 13(1) of the Hindu Marriage Act. Furnish all the proofs you have with you to substantiate the allegations (as described by you in your query) against your husband. This is how you may obtain divorce from your husband.
