you need a reason for divorce.if you are not happy with your husband or if he doing domestic violence with you or if he aksing for dowry or any other reason where you can't live with him then you can file the divorce in court.to file divorce you do not need any support from family.just you have to hire an advocate.or if you are not capable to hire an advocate than you can approach legal service where the court will appoint a lawyer for you and you not need to pay any fees .

You have to choose on of the ground for divorce as mention in section 13 of Hindu marriage act, if you are Hindu.
You can ask maintenance for you and your baby girl as criminal procedure law and or domestic violence act.

go to direcly civil or family court and file a case for divorce, u can also file a case for your monthly expance. your husband 100 % responsible care of your child and u... for divorce husband and wife both have to ready for divorse. and u can seperate as per your conviniensy

You can file divorce Petition grounds given under section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, if you hindu, It can be filed in the Family Court as per the Jurisdiction provided under section 19 of Hindu Marriage Act, Further Detail Consultation can only be given after knowing entire facts of the case.
