How to enforce divorce proceedings on peaceful terms

we got the below order on last date from SC. please suggest the course of action. next date comes in two months. TP was applied by wife from bbsr to UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Both, the petitioner and the respondent are present before this Court. Both of them have taken a conscious decision that their marriage will not work any further and they want to part as friends. Therefore, what remains is only the civil effects of the marriage. Since, both are educated, we asked both of them to continue to communicate with each other and find a solution as to how best to part as friends. We direct both the parties not to institute any civil or criminal proceedings against each other or against the members of the family of each other without leave of this Court. We also stay all the cases pending between the parties, both civil and criminal.
