How to defend a claim for interim maintenance

My wife and son harassing me for money. They are ill-treating me. Our divorce case is pending in court of law. They say I should pay their monthly maintenance and I should stay separately.

You can file a writ application in the High court of Orissa challenging the order of the maintenance as passed by the family court, if at all the same has been directed. It needs to be seen at what stage is your divorce proceedings to advise further and in a better way.

No it can be stopped as because you have a child.but it can be lower as compare to the maintenan you giving now.it will depend upon the qualification and profession of the lady and regarding the age if the child.
