How to deal with voidable second marriage

This is 2nd marriage of my wife and she had son from previous marriage , Before getting married to me she had told me that she deserted by her previous husband and he is living in USA from last 3 years , so we had signed the agreement in which same is mentioned. After our court marriage i came to know she is in touch with her previous husband and meeting him as well regularly. And now she is demanding half share of my property and torching me as well for money. Please suggest what to do now
Hello you can file divorce behalf of her incident and you should save evidence .and you can file criminal complaint about your wife..

Whether your wife have taken legal divorce from her privious husband before marriage with you. if no, the same is against the Hindu Marriage Act and on this ground alone, the marriage can be declared as void, apart from that, you may have sufficient proof fo establish that your wife is still in touch with her privious husband and having relations with him as well that will also support you. Please discuss the matter by personal meeting so that i can suggest you a better prospective in this regard.

You have to file a case for dissolution of marriage. Agreement will help you in proving that. Do not bow down to her demands. Second marriage can be declared void ab initio by court. A case of cheating can also be filed by you.

Sorry ... I couldn't understand your question but if you want to get divorce from your wife you can either go for mutual or on merit.. For filing divorce under cruelty you would need evidence to prove.. So gather those which can help you in proving cruelty against her. Thank you.
