How to deal with husband who has been absent from the family for years

28-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I am married on dt. 21-feb-1997 and we have a daughter of 17 years. But due to frequent quarrels on money matters our life has become desperate. And i want to leave my wife without giving here any intimation. In such case what legal action can she take on me. Another point i wanted to inform is i am a Govt employee and i want to give my resignation if my wife asks for survival money. In that case if i send my resignation to my wife authorising to collect all final cliam money PF-GRATUITY can she get all money or is there any govt rule of application of resignation only by person in presence.

This is not the right procedure, you should file for divorce or reach to divorce by mutual consent. And if you want to resign from your job, then you will have to send a resignation letter to your employer. She can not get all the PF, you will also get the same.
