Sir, i want to know how to check complaint status of Delhi Women Cell. Actually, my wife has a registered a complaint against me. so i want to know which allegation, she has blame me.
Though it is your right, the DCW officials seldom update the police complaints or provide a copy of the same to the husband in order to garner extra money from him. Don't worry, the role of the women cell is limited to try and get the matter reconciled between the parties and only if the settlement fails, the case is referred to the concerned police station. The best way to get the copy of the complaint is to directly go and visit the women cell as early as possible and consult a lawyer for further cause of action.

If a complaint is registered against you in women cell you will get a notice of aprearance from the women cell and you have to appear there with in specified time. Or else you can approch the women cell of her jusrisdiction and can enquire there. Last option is filing of RTI
