Hello,
For the query you posted, I would suggest the following:
You can always defend yourself against the false allegations put and be represented before the court of law. For the same you need to provide the lawyer with clear facts and circumstances.
I hope that answers your query.

If she wants to stay with her husband, she should filed a petition for restitution of conjugal rights. Regarding allegations against her which are claimed to be false, it is to be replied to denying all the allegations as false. She should file evidence against it if available. She may also make counter allegations in her reply.
First of all please try to reconciliation the matrimonial relationship in healthy manner with the help of matrimonial counseling with an expert. If there is no remedy. Thereafter you should be filed suit for defamation and other litigations like domestic violence etc. Firstly you need an expert lawyers for proper legal advice and contact with him with all the documents immediately.
Hi, instead of filing another case or counter claim, you are required to submit the written statement of the case and tell the truth to the Court. Your written statement will be treated as truth denying all the false statements. It will work as counter claim. Thanks and regards
