Hii.. 3year back I had applied for court marriage and registered a leaving relation letter in court.. now I dont want to be in any relation and cancel court marriage registration... what is the procedure ? How much time it take... will it create any problem in my future marriage if I dont cancel the registration... only by registrating leaving relationship letter n applying for marriage.. is my name registered as I m married...
If you got married in marriage registration office then divorce is the only procedure to get rid of this relationship divorce petition is required to be filed in family court. If you both file mutual divorce petition then in 6 months divorce will be done.

because first you dissolved ur marriage then your second marriage is valid.
in case ur marriage any person is void.
firstly both have file mutual divorce case
secondly after filling ur court next date is after 6 months
thirdly as per order of the court ur marriage dissolved.

To dissolved in court you need to file divorce petition. There are different kinds of divorce hence time also differ on kind what of divorce ? After divorce u can again marry . But without divorce it will create an issue which harm you in future.
