How to calculation or count desertion period. In mean time RCR filed and decreed. these time will be count for desertion period or not .... please say in detail, if RCR case period will count with the continuing desertion period of 2 years, please provide decided citations... please.
No specific periods of desertion etc., you should establish background of the living and other relevant matters of your case, consult and explain more and get supreme court citations in the relavent cases. Thanks
