How to avoid divorce in marriage

I got married on 21 july 2015. I m belong to hindu family.He ve no believe on me. From three months i m at my mother home. He is not accepting my call. I ve tried hundred of times.my in laws family also against me. I dont wanna divorce him. I want live with him. He alwz threaten me i will run with other person. Before marrige i lv someone. Bt now we r not in touch. I told him about my affair. Bt know he ve a lot of doubt on me. I m living with him in very restriction. He alwz recorded my calls even i m talking with my family. When i ask him to going my mom home he said me sign on divorce paper n go permanently. They torcherd me mentaly due to it my health going bad day by day. He use very cheap abusive language for me n my chracter. I belong to a low middle class family. I ve only mother n younger bro

Mam , you have two options either you can file a complaint of domestic violence against your husband in court or if u have a threat that your husband will leave you and in case he does that then you can file a restitution of conjugal rights case under section 9 of Hindu mariiage act.

Right now you are living with your mother then you can file a case under section 9 of hindu marriage act and U can file a case against your husband under section 12 Domestic violence Act in court this is the only solution u have right now if you don't want to get separate from each other

Divorce is not so easy as your husband think of .first in your case no point is of divorce you can file maintenance case against him .remain is nothing to worry about divorce even you file domestic violence case.

If you really want to live with him and want to save your matrimonial life then you must return to your matrimonial home, if he torcher you then you have remedy to file petition under domestic violance act. Before returning to his house you have to save written proof stating his guilty behaviour by way of sms or letter which latter would be used as evidence in petition. You will get benifit.
