You can file the divorce case on the ground of desertion. If your spouse agree for divorce by mutual consent it is faster. There is no specific time fixed for completion of divorce proceedings. If it is contested one, it can take more than an year.

Sir, in this case as your wife will not be ready to give divorce hence the case will be contested and in such circumstances it requires minimum of atleast 6 months and maximum cannot be said if she is ready then no problem if not then you have to prove the fact of desertion and get divorce.
