My wife is not staying with me and her family is forcing me for divorce because they arranged marriage for her right after divorce with a person living in Saudi so they are rushing me. How much time my wife has to wait after divorce legally to marry another person.
Generally, the spouse who want to remarry has to wait until the appeal time expires and then go for remarrying, but if the divorce is a mutual consent one, then immediately either of the spouses can go for remarrying or basing on the agreement between them.

After the divorce, your wife has to marry only after the appeal period of 90 days is over. If your wife remarries within the appeal period and if you go for an appeal during this period and you succeed, your wife's marriage will be considered as a void marriage.
