How much time does it take by the court to send summon

dv case has been filed on 14/03/17 and still summons has not been sent to opposite party,need ur advise to know how much time it will take and what is the further procedure to move case ahead. advocate told us it will take time request you to please advise.
Dear client, really it depends upon the loads on the each court, which changes from time to time wait within 15-20 days summons will be issued, then
both parties be will be counselled by the social worker, current as well as future problems due to your such decision will be considered if anybody from both of you not wishing to take divorce then you have to prove on which ground you want divorce,if court agrees to it then and then you can get the divorce, approx.this period is 3 years,
