How much maintenance can I claimed from my husband

Its been 1 and half years of marriage I am living separately now from my husband I also have a son. My husband earning 28000 per month , how much maintenance can I claim for me and my son.

There is no such fixed quantum of maintenance and it is not decided on income or earnings of spouse. So you can according to your needs take a estimate required for you and your son and claim the same. The Court after considering your husband's income and earnings and after deducting his genuine expenses and expenses of dependant's if any will award maintenance.
