Maintainance is depends upon the salary and liabilities of the husband. As per the judgement of the Honble hogh court of delhi the ratio of maintainance has already been decided for wife and children.

It wholly depend upon the salary of your husband and your expenses. General rule is 1/3 of husband's salary. Approximately you will get 10 -15 lakh . But for this you have to file 3 maintenance case before the family court. Revert me . All the best.

Traditionally maintenance is claimed by wife and children U/s 125 Cr.P.C. and such petitions are filed in Family Courts.
However wife can also seek maintenance in Domestic Violence act and also U/s 24 of Hindu Marriage Act (presuming that you are a Hindu) if divorce proceedings are under process. if there are no other proceedings pending in court you can file a complaint U/s 125 Cr.P.C. The court will immediately grant you interim maintenance. The quantum of maintenance depends upon various factors like income of husband, whether wife is working or not, living standard at husband's home and your cost of living etc etc. So meet a good lawyer and get detailed advice.

YOu must file a petition u/s 125 Cr.P.C to get maintenance from your husband for yourself and your child. You can get 50% of his salary as maintenance. File with full proofs to get benefits at the earliest.

Dear ma'am, the maintenance depends upon income and financial status of husband. The court also considers living standard of wife and children, therefore income and expenditure affidavit is filed by both parties. Thus you must claim maintaininence on higher side.
