sir in this case, the summons should be served to your wife and if she appears then conciliation takes places and if it fails then she is required to file objections, then evidence, arguments and then orders so it requires at least a year if she appears and if she does not appear then it will take lesser time as she will be placed exparte.

dear friend,
if you have already engaged a lawyer you should have clarified these query with him/her. As far as your query is concerned any family petition is suppose to get dispose in a year time but it never happens unless it is mutually agreed between party.sometime even mutual takes more time than a year . So it all depends on situation whether party contest or not , lawyer of both party , judges etc. otherwise tarikh par tarikh u will get .

Annulment in church or Court?
If Court, we cannot specify the time within which the Court will pass the judgement. It depends on the Court proceedings. Only in case of mutual consent divorce it can be done within a period of six months. if the matter is being contested by both parties it will take sometime depending on how the matter is progressed in courts.
