Dear client,
It is very important to know that for what the date was fixed, and when the case will be disposed it is very difficult to answer but still you can assume generally a contested suit for divorce may last near about for two years and if the notice has been served upon the opposite party then better fix the case for exparte and get exparte order.

No specific date would be calculated. It may varies in case to case. Proper service of notice(summon) is very important in divorce suits. A case of mutual divorce under section 13B of Hindu Marriage Act must be disposed of within One and half year i.e.18 months.

If she has gone for mutual divorce then she should have been done with the divorce within two dates one being the date of filing and the other the date for finalising. If not then her advocate should send a notice for moving ex parte and getting the decree of divorce if the other party does not come on the next date.

Look, there may be a fixed period of Delivery of a Child, which was fixed 10 Month and 10 Days. But In Court Cases there is no fixed period. Therefore, my friend I would like to say that, Wait and take every necessary efforts which conducting Ld. Advocate direct for the benefit of his/her client.
