How long do false Domestic Violence and 498A case go on in a court

hi folks, my beloved wife had filed a false 498a case in pune. i got AB immediately without custody from shivaji nagar court. chargesheet is filed already... now the charge framing stage had come. my lawyer is appearing on every date. however, there are short dates now ( approximately 1 month) and sometimes 18 to 20 days also. below are my queries. 1. what is the minimum and maximum time frame in which a 498a case gets closed/disposed in pune court 2. Do i need to appear in this case or can get exemption? on what circumstances /stage i need to appear in the court 3. is pune court entertaining discharge applications? 4. after framing of charges, how much time it takes? 5. is 498 a acquittal enough to quash a DV case application filed by her? both DV case and 498a cases are false and my relatives are involved who have never stayed in pune.at least from the face value of the case, it shows clearly that the lady is money minded only. she is working and has her own accommodation
dear client relax if you get spare time read the case of Arnish kumar VS state of Bihar , you must read this case before framing of charges
against you.please note you get immediate AB due to the decision of this case.Now your wife may live with her beloved parents, now they may
say given very big amount of sridhan and huge amount of expenditure
in marriage and demand huge amount for that purpose, keep watch on
her where she goes for work etc , now the processes of extraction from you will start from police, advocate ,and money minded wife.Don'tafraid for imprisonment, now 498a is made like as poison teeth removed cobra.while framing charges read section 41 of CRPC
and section 167 of IPC which will be your power points, now wait if
she has filed for DV you decide what you want to do if also DV then
you will get the divorce in one year.for alimony and maintenance remain to fix on RS 500-1500 which are in Maharashtra,up-to that time
very cheap women hostel for her accommodation, as I am dealing such fraud 498a cases ,I don't such behaviour.if you like my advice,
