Are you also working ? and have you discussed the matter of divorce with your husband and is he willing for it ?

As per your query, you can get mutual divorce if your husband is ready for the same or you alone can file case for divorce before Family court but you have to give valid reason to obtain decree of divorce.

In your case you informed that you are not interested to continue with the relationship and also sought for divorce. Here in case if you want you go for divorce by filing divorce case under Mutual Consent.
