How does the claims managed in mutual divorce

03-Jul-2023 (In Divorce Law)
In my mutual divorce case following lines are written 1-That all disputes/claims of the parties and their families have been settled/resolved amicably out of the court. The applicant No. 2 agrees that he shall pay an amount of Rs. 7,00,000/ (Seven Lakhs only) through bank draft to the applicant No. 1 at the time of final hearing of this case before the judgment after finalizing the entire procedure and documentation. 2-That there is no other article left to take/return by either parties. The applicant No. 1 shall not claim any maintenance whatsoever from applicant No. 2 and shall withdraw the maintenance petition and shall get first information report case compromised forthwith. The applicant No. 2 shall withdraw the case for restitution of conjugal rights filed by him. And in prayer column following line is written The Court may also grant any other relief in the circumstances of the case to either of the parties. Is it alright. Does she not claim anything in future.

yes, the draft looks to be ok, you can add that the quashing is to be done before the 2nd motion and applicant no. 1 shall co-operate for the same till the FIR is not quashed. there is nothing much which can be added as everything has been covered in it.
