1. If you are married as per the customs of a Hindu Marriage, you are officially married even if you haven't yet applied for a marriage certificate.
2. If you are able to prove that the complaint of harassment/cruelty filed by your wife is indeed a fake complaint, then you can apply for a divorce on this ground. Although keep in mind that the Family Courts are pro-marriage and if you were married just a few days ago, it is very difficult for you to make a strong enough case for a divorce.
3. However, you can file a petition for judicial separation on the above ground and then file for a divorce after one year of separate living.
4. The jewellery that she allegedly stole has to be the jewellery that did not belong to her. If the jewellery was given to her by her parents or relatives or even by your parents or relatives, as a gift, that becomes her jewellery and she has all the right to take it with her. In that case, it cannot be called as stealing.
5. Also, I am really sorry but you can not, under any circumstances, marry any other woman before you get divorced and your first marriage is dissolved.
6. The second marriage by a Hindu is a crime in India, even if it is a marriage under special marriage act (Court Marriage).

Firstly file complaint against wrongdoerin police station.. Then file application in nearer mahila cell for relief. If you both are living together then with the help of police handle the matter. It is not possible to you remarry again within such short period.
