How can i prove that my wife not willing to come my home

How can i prove that my wife not willing to come my home base on that to prove that i cant pay maintainance to my wife . i have whatsapp messages , call recording , facebook messages and my relatives are also involve in the matter. and i wrote a one letter with my hand writing and courier to my wife to come my home but still not get any answer, should i sent one formal notice with help of advocate or applied on family court for pre-litigation.
what could be the impact if i sent formal notice of advocate before going family court. is it help me to avoid maintainance or future perspective.
