How can I get my wife's maintenance cancelled as she is earning well

I belong to uttar pradesh and doctor by profession..Order was passed on 13.06.2016 by..after that I received no recovery summon till jan 2017.In feb 2017, I came to know that court has issued order for property attachment,but the summon was not served..I approached Allahabad high court coz my wife is a govt employee and earning around 32k per month,which issued stay order after 50 percent deposit of arrears.I want to get wife maintenance cancelled as she is a govt employee..can I get this order?

as per the recent judgement of various high court you can get maintenance get cancelled. you are already approached the court there and produce all documents to prove that she is an govt employee and earning well and educated.
