How can i get my right in property

Sir, my husband would like to sell land.I have a case for divorce from my husband.My husband wants to sell the land to him I should not take steps to prevent property How can i get my right in property and stay order is nessesury to prevent property or only a case can prevent.. Plz tell me

you have to file a case regarding that property and have to claim your right. you can also file maintenance and alimony case and ask the house for your living. if you have any kids they shall also be getting their right in the said property.
