How can I get divorce within one year of marriage?

I AM HINDU & GOT MARRIED ON 19 DEC 2016, BUT STILL I DIDN'T REGISTER MARRAIGE CERTIFICATE. CAN I GET DIVORCE FROM MY WIFE & WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE OF DIVORCE
Yes you can get Divorce even though you have not registered your marriage and question of getting divorce from your wife is totally depended on you two i.e. whether you want Mutual Divorce or Contesting divorce, which on your part is not clear. There is difference of opinion as to the compulsory desertion/separation, some case laws held that there should be 18 months lapsed from marriage for asking the mutual divorce, however I also believes that one can only go for mutual divorce only after lapsing of 18 months from marriage and out of that atleast 12 months desertion shall be on record, desertion means for that period spouses should not establish any sexual relation. So this is all and u have to wait for further 6 months.
