As your husband is not agreeing for mutual divorce, you can very well file for obtaining divorce from him stating the complete reasons as he is a jobless person and is troubling you for money. This itself constitutes mental cruelty as per the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. You are also not living with him for more than 2 tears now. There are other remedies available as well.

Dear Concerned,

If your marriage is over 1 year old file a divorce and if it is not then file for Nullity of marriage on the grounds of lies that has been mentioned to you. In case your husband is not willing to cooperate you can also tell him that you can take criminal action as well. It is suggested to contact a mediator or a lawyer for mediation on this matter.
