how can i get Divorce and Alimony from my Husband?

My husband filed "conjugate rights" case against me.we are separated because of his bad activities .my marriage life is only 9 months.can i get divorce and alimony from my husband? i didn't filed any case yet now. please guide me how to get proper divorce and alimony from my husband bcz i am from poor family.
For maintenance you can apply even now under section 125 cr.p.c. What is is income?, is he a salaried person, then you can get around 1/3 rd of his income as maintenance.
