How can i get away from my current marriage without giving divorce.

college ke dino me mai apne bf ke sath 5 saal live in me rahi.lekin pariwarik karano se hum shadi na kar paye.ab unka divorse ho gaya he or koi bachha nahi he.meri shadi ko 3.5 saal hue or ek 2 yrs ki baby he.ab me chahti hu ki apni bachhi ke sath unke paas chal jau.wo bhi mujhe bachhi ke sath apnane ko teyaar he.me bina kisi ko bole nikalne ka soch rahi hu.khud ko legaly safe kese rakhu? plz advise.mujhe jane ke baad akele rahna chahiye ya unke sath.

Ye salah ek vakil ki tarah se nahi par ek insan nate aap ko de raha hu,
Aap apne pati ko chhodna chahati ho kayunki ke aap ke boyfriend Ka Divorce ho gaya hai, agar uska divorce nahi hua hota to aaj bhi apni biwi ke saath raheta hota.
Apne pati ke bare main sochiye ke jisne aap ko boyfriend hoye hue bhi apnaya hai.
Legal advice:- aap apne pati se divorce liye bina kisi bhi dusre aadami ke saath nahi rah sakti kayunki usse kanuni tor par vybhichar ( adulteration) kaha jata hai.
